[Closed] adding alt tag to an image on upload

Tell us what you are trying to do?
user uploads via front end all their images BUT how does an "alt tag" & Title get attached to each of the images they upload.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I would like to know are you using Toolset form to upload the image from frontend? If yes, Do you allow user to access the form as logged in user or as guest user?
