Hi,

I have downloaded a plugin called ‘Print My Blog’ because I want people to be able to print beautiful PDFs of the profile pages on my site. However, when I add the required shortcode [pmb_print_buttons] it does not work on the custom template BUT it does work on every other kind of normal page.

My question is, is it because it’s a content template, or is the plugin at fault? Should I be trying a different plugin or is it simply impossible to do this? Is there a code snippet or way to override this?

This is the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/print-my-blog/ and my site is hidden link.

I’d love your input. Thanks so much.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. We do not have any integration with the plugin you mentioned, that is why we can not comment on that.

If you use a front end trigger it does not matter if a content template is used or something else as the front end trigger will have for example a button or something that will trigger normal print function of the browser and there you can select the PDF file.

A few examples:

We can not provide suggestions for any plugins.

Thanks.
