Hi there,
I have an issue on my website right now.
I will start by explaining how my website works. So the user has to complete a quiz (that has been made with Toolset) and once he is done with the quiz, we give him a suggestion of three products with specific ingredients for their needs (based on the quiz).
After that, the user chooses which products he wants and he has to select a subscription plan (once only, every two months or every three months). My developper (with whom i don't work anymore) has created a button that adds all the products selected with the subscription plan selected to the cart and he tolds me it was made with Toolset (the buttons).
Here is the screenshots of the page that I am talking about:
hidden link (This is the three products that the user has to select)
hidden link (This is the step where the user has to select the subscription plan he wants and the the button that adds everything to the cart)
My problem is that the «add to bag» button does not work correctly, it doesn't add any subscription plan to the cart and sometimes it does but it doesn't add the right subscription plan.
I worked with many developers and they don't know how to add the subscription to the cart using Toolset. So, this is why i am contacting you today.
Most of the pages of my website are made with Elementor Pro and the subscription plans are made with the plugins «WooCommerce Subscription» and «All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions».
Let me know if it is clear or if you need more information.
Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.
The description is somehow clear to explain the whole process, but as this was done by a developer it most probably includes custom code that is out of the scope of the support. So, my suggestion is to ask your current developer at what stage he is stuck? He should provide a detailed explanation of where he is now and what is getting him stuck and we will do our best to help.
From our side, we will not try to read and debug the custom code, produced by your developers. But we are committed to providing support regarding our products and our APIs. If we have a clear question from the developers, we'll do our best to help. I hope this makes sense to you!
