Add new custom post

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have created a new post type called "Empresas" (Companies) and set the custom fields that I need for this entries. But, when i try to add a new company, it does NOT show any of these custom fields that I need to use.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hi fernando,

I took a look at this one for you.

In a case like this when the plugins are not functioning as intended we recommended that you disable the non-toolset plugins.

What this means is that you will need to go through your list of plugins and disable each of your plugins one at a time while checking to see if the issue still remains.

Once you've done this and can verify that the issue still remains I will like to take a copy of the site so that I can look at the issue in further details.

The problem was solved by deactivating the Business Directory plugin.

Now I cannot create an image gallery, as a repeating field, because I get the error shown in the screenshot.

Hi Fernando,

Based on what I read from the error it appears to be another plugin that is conflicting as well.

Can you go ahead and continue disabling your non-toolset plugins and checking again to see what is the cause ?

This is the exact error translated to English.

Could not create item for this entry without saving. This can occur due to the interaction of other plugins with the Repeating Field Group. Please save your entry and try again.
