Add MarkerLabel to a Google Map Marker

Based on the following reference:

I'd like to add a “Label Marker” to each marker that I add to my map, like the following example:

Is there any way that I can achieve this in Toolset without add custom codes. What would be your suggestion, if I have to write custom code.
