I am trying to: enter license key

I expected to see: a page where I can enter the key
Instead, I got: see above
website hasn't been maintained for a few years, so I've gone thru & updated many plugins & wordpress itself... but I'm stuck with toolset & Avada theme...
made backups along the way & had to restore backups twice... could this have broken toolset?
Is there a way to enter the key into the wordpress database, or into a file?
I do not want to disrupt the existing website
