Hi there,

I would like to be able to add the [wpv-found-count] option to our search results pages if possible.

I have seen this post: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/shortcode-for-displaying-search-result-count-shows-nothing/

However, on this page we have using WordPress and Elementor: hidden link

How would I have the count in the text 'above' the grid please?

Many thanks, Pete

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I need to check where exactly you have added the [wpv-found-count] shortcode.

Can you please share wp-admin access details so I can review your current settings.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
