Add country code dropdown in phone

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no such feature to display dropdown box besides the phone number field but you can add select custom field and add related options as required to it and then display that custom field just besides your phone number field.

Regarding changing the default date format, you will have to tweak it using the custom JS code.
