Tell us what you are trying to do?
I would like to add a list of 3 latest news (just linked title, date and link), 3 latest press, and 3 latest exhibitions, to footer regions in Astra.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I cannot seem to create such a simple view using Toolset.
I am working on the new WordPress site at hidden link
Is there a similar example that we can see?
I did this in the original Drupal site, (hidden link) but cannot see how to do it in WordPress
What is the link to your site?

Hi there

I assume the footer has widget areas.

There is a "WP Views" widget for inserting Views into widget areas, though you'll need to use Classic Widgets.

So, create the 3 Views you need and add 3 WP View widgets to the footer, one for each.

Note that with the block editor when you create a View it must live inside something that uses the block editor, and typically you would create a View within a page. In this case it would mean creating a page that you don't actually want users to visit, simply to hold the Views.

A better solution might be to create a Toolset content templates (not assigned to display any content) and add 3 View blocks to that template.

You can then insert those Views as widgets.

(The legacy editor that didn't use blocks didn't need a page or template to host them.)
