I am trying to: Add a Form with a Button from Ninjaforms, but when i activate the new Version of Toolbox, they create the shortcode for the form without the belonging Form id. I have got a screencast, where you can see it, if you dont understand
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Not on Frontend
I expected to see: The right Shortcode like before
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Do you mean when you activate the Toolset Types plugin and try to add the ninjaform shortcode it does not have ID? if yes:
Just to ensure there in no conflict, what if you disable ALL Toolset plugins, do you still see the issue? if yes, as Toolset plugins are deactivated and you still have issue that means there is no Toolset plugin involvement as you can see the issue without Toolset plugins active.
Ok - can you please share problem URL and what ninjaform I should try to add and send me admin access details.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Yes, thats nice, that it work on your environment like expected 🙂 . But there are some plugins missing, that we use like eventscalendar pro, wpml and so on. In our environment the Plugin Toolbox disturb this behavior .
So thats the only solution you have for me this workarround ? Its not useable for us, because many users want to create events on that page and i cant say them, they have to copy paste the shortcode. The arent allowed to enter the ninja plugin.
In that case to ensure is it multi-plugin conflict or what plugins are included that results in conflict and that causes the issue.
On your staging site:
- Please update WordPress to latest version
- Please update ALL plugins to latest version
- Please update theme to latest version
Now, in order to find the conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins (one by one) as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you able to locate the plugins involved that cause the conflict?

this i have done, too. Its only when i activate toolbox . All others no problem. I also activate toolbox and deactivate the others, but it doesnt work. so its a problem with this plugin. where can i get prev. versions of your plugin to make it working again ? so i do a rollback, but in the next version it must be fixed.

It's not like that. The process is:
We need to reproduce the issue first and if the issue found and confirm, we need to check to what plugin the fix needs to apply, on Toolset Blocks or Ninja form because if fix is required to be implemented within Ninja form plugin its not in our control.
As I already demonstrated and you know, with clean site I was not able to reproduce the issue.
In order to reproduce the issue and debug this issue further, I will require duplicator copy of your site. Can you please send me duplicator copy of your site:
