activating toolset woocommerce blocks plugin causes critical error

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have a clean worpress install and trying to load toolset plugins. All toolset plugins are OK except woocommerce blocks.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I can see you did not installed WooCommerce plugin. Can you please install first WooCommerce plugin and then try to install Toolset add-on plugins related to WooCommerce like (Toolset WooCommerce Blocks, Toolset Forms Commerce).
