Hi Team

Our previous website developer, Cullinan Digital, purchased the Toolset Plugins to create our website - hidden link.

That subscription recently expired but we, Hylton Ross (Pty) Ltd, have just bought a new subscription with Toolset.

Please urgently advise how we use the new activation key to revalidate the existing plugins so we do not lose the content on our website.

Toolset Layouts
Toolset Module Manager
Toolset Types
Toolset Views
Toolset WooCommerce Views

Your urgent attention this matter is very much appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

All that is needed is to remove the expired key from the website and generate a new site key on your account.

Have a look at our documentation below for guidance on this .

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, thank you for your answer, but I still need assistance.

I followed the instructions but I do not see the "click on Already bought at the top-right" section as per the attached image - when I click on "revalidate subscription" it does not do anything.

I am worried about clicking on the "unregister" Toolset from the site, as we cannot lose any of the information that is already set up.

Please help...

Hello,

The unregister button does not affect your information or the data stored on your site.

It just removes the key that was previously used.

Thanks,
Shane
