[Resolved] Activating Layouts crashes the site (503 server error)

This support ticket is created 6 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When I try to activate Layouts plugin the site crashes and I get a 503 error.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This seems to be a server unavailable issue.

Could you contact your hosting provider and as them to look at this for you and then let me know the results ?

I already contacted the hosting support and they tell me if the plugin causes the crash then the problem is with the plugin.
In deed, if Layouts is deactivated, the site works fine.
