I am trying to: Add an accordion cell to a layout

I visited this URL: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/accordion-cell/

I create the accordion following this url, but when i change the "Panel1", "Panel2" names and I write my own names, accordion gives me that jquery problem:

jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2 Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #¿a_quien_está_dirigido_el_training?_6641_5833355925cfc where ¿a_quien_está_dirigido_el_training? is my new panel name.

Can you help me?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked with my local install and I do not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please make sure that you are using latest Toolset plugins. You can download all latest Toolset plugins from:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

If you are already using latest plugins:
1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2)
Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

I checked that you are using latest plugins.

1)
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Could you please answer above question that did you try with the minimum setup? If yes:

= => Please share problem URL.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

As I said in the old answer, I am using your bootstrap theme and i'm only using toolset as plugin.
Can you make me this reply private and i will answer your questions.

Toolset bootstrap theme is outdated and NOT supported now. We encourage you to use Toolset Starter" theme available at downloads page:

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I locate the issue. For now as I tested if we use plain English text the accordion works fine.

I'll report this issue to our developers and will get in touch with you further updates. Please hold on.

#460444

Sorry, but I'll need to have a solution at least in less than 10 days.
Can you tell me if you can make an micro-update for Spanish users, please?

Well - I've reported your issue to our developers and I will try if they provide hotfix for this issue but please note that this is not assured thing.

However - If you really need the fix, I can suggest you the way where you can fix the issue but you need to fix this at your own risk:

You should try to replace your special characters with the following file at line 99 using str_replace.
=> plugins\layouts\classes\cell_types\wpddl.cell_accordion-cell.class.php line 99 does str_replace():
