[Resolved] Access will not activate

This support ticket is created 3 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Disabling all plugins has no effect.

Hi Derek,

Thank you for getting in touch.

It would appear that your wordpress installation is running out of memory. The fix for this is to increase your memory for wordpress. To do this I would recommend following the instructions in the link below.

Thanks, I had already increased this as high as 2000M with the issue persisting. Any other thoughts?

Hi Derek,

That is quite odd as you shouldn't even need 2000m worth of memory. The next action is to disable all the non-toolset plugins and try activating access to see if it activates with just our Toolset plugins active.

From there you can begin re-activating your plugins one by one to see where the issue starts to re-occur.
