Hi Phil,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

The address of a user is stored in the user meta table, however could you provide a little more details so that i can best advise?

Where will the data be displayed and will you be using our Toolset maps plugin ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Yes using the Maps Plugin - When I go to Views and Content USERS - then Loop editor - When I try to select the Fields to Include in the Loop (There are no User Street Address - visible).

Hi Phil,

I'm not seeing where an address field for our Toolset Maps plugin was created for the user.

What you need to do is to go to Types and create a custom field for the address.

What I see here is the address fields for woocommerce but these can't be used it needs to be in the Maps Address field.

Thanks,
Shane

I need to avoid having the user enter information multiple times - is there a way to use the User Table info (maybe "pull" it into another table) that I can use to map with?

Hi Phil,

It seems the site has change a little since my last checks.

Could you send me a link to the exact page where this is being tested?

Is it the homepage with the Dealer_Markers view ?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

I actually gave up and did a separate import of some data to try and plot on a Map... I figured I could do a routine periodical import and update the map.. then everything seemed to work out ok.. when all of a sudden the map just stopped working and I got the Google error "Opps, Something went Wrong" That page didn't load Google Maps correctly...

I'm really beginning to get tired of all these issues I keep running into..

Sorry.. you can see that from the main page - I put the link back in hidden link

Hi Phil,

So i see your different approach is for the dealer to create a profile in the Dealer location CPT correct?

I would recommend this method because as mentioned the Address field is what is required for the map to work correctly.

I know you mentioned you wouldn't want the user to have to enter their address twice but this will need to occur for the map geolocation to work correctly.

Thanks,
Shane
