Seems like when I edit or add a custom post type, all my access rules for all custom post types are completed wiped out after saving changes.
Happened three times already, so it's a consistent issue.

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi, I'm not sure what could be happening here, it's not normal. Can you try the following troubleshooting steps?
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views, Forms, and Access. If you need to activate a maintenance mode plugin for testing, that's fine. Activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again by editing some post type and checking the Access rules. If the problem is resolved, you can reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one testing each time until the problem returns. Try to isolate a single plugin or theme conflict.
- If the problem is not resolved after deactivating theme and plugins, check the browser console and report and JavaScript errors you may find there.
