[Resolved] Access Post groups: Template layout not working for guest users

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The problem here is that the custom post Groups that the user created in Access are not working when the Yoast plugin is installed.

Solution:

I actually have a workaround for this. This issue was reported to our development team some time ago .

What is required is for your to replace the helper.php file in the cred plugin with this one.

Hello,

Following the 7th part of the CRED Training Course, I could create a "My account" page with success on a staging site.
This page was displaying a login form (from a Template Layout) for unlogged-in users, whereas logged-in ones could see the content of the page. It worked very well for a while.

But today, a user reported me a problem:
From now on (and I can't figure out the origin of the issue), the unlogged-in users see the content of the page instead of the login form. Though the login form layout seems to be correctly set in the post groups Tab.

Could you please help me to solve this?
Thanks in advance
Sébastien

Hi Sebastien,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Normally issues like these are caused by plugin conflicts.

In order to ensure that this is not being caused by a plugin conflict I would recommend that you temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again.

Once you have done this please let me know the results.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thank you for your suggestion, you're right, it is a plugin conflict indeed.
But...
... the big problem is that the incriminated plugin is Yoast SEO.
I use this famous plugin for years, my client as well, and I can't imagine use another tool.

Can this conflict be solved somehow?

Thanks
Sébastien

PS: If not, I'll have to find a workaround (I mean a different way to set up login process) but the Part 7 of the Toolset CRED Training Course would become quite out of use consequently, the compatibility with Yoast SEO cannot be overlooked in my humble opinion.

It works!
I guess that this solution will be included in next Access update...
Anyway, thank you Shane!

Has this issue been already solved in subsequent update? If not can I ask for the corrected file as I only see "hidden link". Thanks.
