When I create a new custom user in my page from the access control of toolset this new user does not appear in the options of divi role (I can not correctly use the divi functions with this new custom user), attached images.

Well, obviously you got all other roles on that Screen, so it must be the single specific role that does not appear.
And that is most likely due to the role level or capability that DIVI expects so to show the role on that screen.
Have you asked DIVI what is needed to show that role there?
Then I can instruct how to set it up with Toolset Access, although it should be enough to just copy one of the existing and working roles, then alter it's capabilities as you wish later.
Might I know what the role specifically needs to appear there?
This question is best directed to DIVI support after we can set it up in Access with the correct capabilities.
The solution was to create the new custom role with administrator privileges and start configuring it by removing some privileges.
