I would like to assign CPT archives to a Posts Group. However their url's do not appear in the list of available files. See image.

The url's of the archive pages are:
hidden link
hidden link
hidden link

I have to limit access to these pages. Is there another way?

Hi there

Do you want to restrict only some users from visiting the archive or all users?

All users is trivial, because it is a setting when you edit the custom post type (at Toolset > Post types). Scroll down to the options section and you will find the has_archive option.

If you want to restrict access to only some users, should those users be able to see individual posts of that type and not the archives?

Hi Nigel,
I want to give access to an archive to one user, restrict all the other users.

Nigel,
I found a workaround which suits the client. Thanks for your attention.

Great. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, the queue is very busy today.
