Luo,

I reset the password for you: ***

To clarify the problem I'm having, I've created several custom fields to facilitate retail and wholesale users to be able to customize specific variable products in the retractable screen door category. I've used the premium Woo Commerce Custom Fields plugin from Right Press to build these particular fields. I've also used the companion WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing Plugin to build the wholesale pricing.

These custom fields incur added charges at certain sizes or if they are paid product options. These added charges are intended to be updated and displayed in the sub-total line of the shopping cart (before Shipping and Sales Tax).

Everything works as intended for the default retail "Customer" User Role. It also works for a shop visitor who is not logged in. The issue I'm dealing with is when a wholesale user is logged in as either Wholesale Customer (for credit card transactions) or Wholesale Customer- LOC (for net 30 day terms). These user roles both have wholesale pricing associated with them that aren't visible to the "Customer" role.

The screenshots I attached to the original support ticket post show the added fees updating the sub-total on the product archive page, but not on the cart page (the annotated screenshot_cart). This seems to be a user role permissions issue. I purchased Toolset on a recommendation from a WP developer who thought Access would be able to address any permissions issues.

In case you can't duplicate this issue when logged in with the Admin credential I have provided, here is a second temporary Wholesale Customer login:

1) it is not safe to share the credentials publicly, I have modified your post to remove the password.

2) the credentials you provided isn't valid, I tried to login with both username "Luo Yang" and "Toolset Support" , but get this error message:

Authentication failed.
You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.

So I can not see the problem you mentioned above.

3) The problem you mentioned above:

The issue I'm dealing with is when a wholesale user is logged in as either Wholesale Customer (for credit card transactions) or Wholesale Customer- LOC (for net 30 day terms). These user roles both have wholesale pricing associated with them that aren't visible to the "Customer" role.

I assume we are talking about this case:
a) You are using Access + Woocommerce + WC Custom Fields plugin + WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing Plugin
b) use Access plugin to create custom user roles, for example "Wholesale Customer", "Wholesale Customer- LOC"
c) When "Wholesale Customer" user add a variable product into cart, you are going to achieve this:
These added charges are intended to be updated and displayed in the sub-total line of the shopping cart

If it is, there isn't such a built-in feature within the "Toolset Access" plugin, In your case, Access plugin can only create custom user roles for you, Access plugin won't be able to update the "sub-total line of the shopping cart", it is the plugin "WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing Plugin" who update the sub-total line of the shopping cart, I suggest you contact the author of "WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing Plugin", check if it supports custom user role.
