I am trying to: update 2 plugins

I expected to see: normal update process

Instead, I got:
1. Try to update Access, get: An error occurred while updating Toolset Access: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

2. Try to update Types, get: Update failed: download failed. Not found.

I tried the step of going to WordPress Dashboard > Updates > Check Again, but that did not work.

Hi there

There was a bug in the custom Installer version bundled with Types 3.2.5 that affects some users and prevents automatic updates from working.

Unfortunately there is no alternative but to manually update Types in this case (a quick fix was released with version 3.2.6).

First, make sure you have a current backup.

On your plugins page delete the Types plugin (it will remove only the plugin files, not your settings).

Download the latest version of Types from toolset.com/account/downloads.

On the Add new plugins page upload this zip file to install the latest version. You should then be able to apply automatic updates to other plugins (and future Types updates) as normal.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
