Access and CiviCRM not working together well

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

Instead, I got:

and nothing else in the content area.

Hi, when I activate Access and visit the page as a logged-in User, I can see content on the page. I'm attaching a screenshot here. Can you tell me more about the problem?

We need non-logged-in users to be able to see the donation page, as well. That's where the problem arises.

I'm not really clear how this page is put together. The contents of the page don't match what I see on the front-end of the site, and the assigned Content Template is empty. So I assume this is a CiviCRM form? Can you explain how it's added to the page here?

The page is delivered dynamically by the CiviCRM plugin. There isn't really a corresponding WordPress Page or Post. I just noticed now that a non-logged-in user sees the same thing that a logged in user sees if they just go straight to hidden link

So how would a non-logged in User get here:

Is there a form somewhere they would fill out, or is this link just copy + pasted?
