Tell us what you are trying to do? Activate acces

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

When activating acces and try to login I get the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\CommentsPermissions' not found in /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/capabilities.php:597 Stack trace: #0 /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/controllers/filters/backend_filters.php(436): OTGS\Toolset\Access\Models\Capabilities->get_capabilities_by_user_permissions(Array, Array, Array, Object(WP_User)) #1 /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\Filters\BackendFilters->toolset_access_has_cap_filter(Array, Array, Array, Object(WP_User)) #2 /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-includes/plugin.php(206): WP_Hook->apply_filters(Array, Array) #3 /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-includes/class-wp-user.php(780): apply_filters('user_has_cap', Array, Array, Array, Object(WP_User)) #4 /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-content/ in /home/jheron1q/public_html/jeroenboschplaza.com/wp-content/plugins/types-access/application/models/capabilities.php on line 597

Any idea what goes wrong?

Hi Petran,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have access to the website so that I can have a look at this for you ?

The private fields will be enabled for your next response as well.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Petran,

I took a look at this for you, it seems that this could be an issue on your end as I was not able to replicate and I also have a customer with this exact plugin but the issue was not replicable so I suspect a server issue on your end.

Could you delete the 2 instances of the Access plugin and download a fresh copy of the access plugin from our site below?
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Also could you try downgrading your php version from 7.4.6 to version 7.3 and let me know if the issue still remains.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,

Your suggestions didn't help but I did find a solution.
Disabling Trusted Devices in iThemes Security did the thing.

Thanks for you time and help.

Regards,
Petran
