Using the most recent beta version (to follow along with your tutorial on youtube), I installed the beta version of views. I have run into an issue where in the Editor, the content appears to be working fine, but once published the page is empty. Also in preview the page is empty, but not in the editor.

The page is hidden link which should display all Resources (content type) with "family" as the resource category.

A view of the Resources without a filter applied can be seen at hidden link

Hi Tracie,

Thank you for getting in touch.

The view should show once you've hit the preview button. It could be something that is preventing the editor from saving as you work.

Could you temporarily disable the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

If this doesn't work would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website to check on this to see what is happening here?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Tracie,

Since this is a Beta a thorough debug will need to be done in order to determine what the issue is.

Is there a way for you to setup a staging website or even provide a copy of the site so that I can set it up here locally?

Finally could you try swapping the theme to a default wordpress theme and see if this helps.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello.

I have set up an account on the site for you. It's unclear whether this message is private, so I'm reluctant to put it here.

Thanks.

Hi Tracie,

I've found the issue.

The problem was that you are using an empty layout that is assigned to the page
hidden link

What I did was to unassign this page from the layout and it shows fine.

Thanks,
Shane
