I am trying to:

Choose an image (image field) in the frontEnd of a form

I expected to see: the image loading and then display a thumbnail
Instead, I got: no loading of image and no thumbnail. The image is required on the form. And when I validate the form a message telling me that I have not selected a image to fill that picture field.

Hi Cheikh,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I checked the debug data that you provided and noticed that you have quite a number of plugins installed. This could be causing a plugin conflict and what I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again ?

Thanks,
Shane
