A certified toolset contractor that I hired from the Toolset Quit and took $$

This support ticket is created 3 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

A certified toolset contractor that I hired from the Toolset site finished 1/2 the job and now will not return messages after taking an additional $400 and its been almost 1.5 months. Toolset recommended this contractor on its board and I want toolset to make me whole and refund the entire amount paid to the contractor. As this contractor was CERTIFIED by Toolset, Toolset is responsible and can (1) either refund the $800 I spent or (2) complete the job that its CERTIFIED contractor failed to do.
