[Resolved] A category doesn't appear at the page

I am trying to: Add a partner on the bronze category that supposed to be the last one but it's not working

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: A title "Bronze Sponsors" and an image under it under the silver sponsors. Also in the console while i see all the categories the bronze is missing (attached screenshot)

Instead, I got: Nothing

Hello,

My steps:
1) hidden link - donors field.
2) Adding the new image at the hidden link by editing the event.
3) clear cache & hard reload and i am not getting anything visually or in the console.

Hi Jennie,

I understand how the data is created, what I don't understand is how you are displaying it.

What Tool are you using the display the items ? Are you using some form of custom template?

It is a template dynamically assigned by Toolset

Hi Jennie,

This should now be working.

It turns out that your template was custom made on your child theme. There was an error with the conditional statement that was being used to display the bronze sponsors. I've since corrected this and confirmed that it is now showing up.
