We are using a View to display custom post types (hidden link). We moved servers and changed our URL then noticed we had a new error, when it had been working previously. When you click on the listing - a dynamic post title with link - it returns a 404 error (hidden link) even though I can edit and save that post. I deactivated plugins to check for errors and noticed it was fixed when I deactivated WooCommerce.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would say that you have corrupt rewrite rules. Go to Settings->Permalinks and save the permalinks structure twice to make sure the rewrite rules are flushed and built again.

If the issue persists, and if it appears when WooCommerce is activated, it could be because of an inconsistency in custom post types URL rewriting. Check WooCommerce rules in Settings->Permalinks, then check the custom post type settings in Toolset->Post Types->Edit the post type.

If this does not help, please allow me temporary access to your website and let me check further. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely. ** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Thank you for the credentials, I can see the issue. Once WooCommerce is enabled, the Directory listing posts return 404 errors.

I need to isolate this issue from your server and site components(theme+plugins), and I may need to debug it locally. Would you allow to take a copy of your website and work on it locally? Or to migrate your website into our platform and work on it?

Yes, we have students accessing our website currently so as long as their access doesn't go down, you can take a copy or migrate it. Thanks so much!

Jamal is on Vacation. This is Minesh here and I'll take care of this ticket. Hope this is OK.

Yes, indeed as Jamal shared I can see the issue and if I deactivate the WooCommerce the its load the post as expected.

In order to debug this issue further I will require your site copy. Can I take your site copy or if you can share duplicator copy of your site:

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

After deploying your site on my local test server I see the issue is from "YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page".

With all other plugins enabled excluding "YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page", as soon as I deactivate the plugin "YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page" everything looks ok.

I see you are using many plugins with compatibilities and all, can you please check all those and let me know if you find that issue is from Toolset. You may also contact "YITH WooCommerce Customize My Account Page" plugin support.
