We have a custom post type called Directory Listing. This page displays them to users: hidden link

When users click on a listing, they are getting a 404 error. For example, hidden link

I found that when I disable the YITH plugin, the error resolves. I contacted YITH support and they could not replicate the error being solved by removing their plugin. They spoke to Toolset support who asked that I open a new ticket with this information.

Hi Kristy,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm currently having a look at this one for you. I may need to take a copy of the site for further testing so you should see me installing the duplicator plugin.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Kristy,

In my testing it would appear to be an issue with the directoy-listing slug conflicting with the YITH plugin. Not sure if the YITH plugin is setting this slug somewhere but i found that changing the slug even so slightly will resolve the issue.

In my test site I change the slug to directory-listings .

Thanks,
Shane
