taxonomy view filtered by slug

I need to create a view that shows a category list with the filter "where category slug contains 'collar'"

I wish I had a parent category called "Collars" so I could show all Collar Sub-categories...but we don't...so hoping a work-around could be to to create a taxonomy view of Product Categories that contain the text "collar".
