In WordPress, custom posts are the ones you publish under a custom post type.
The options and custom fields you define for custom post types define the information that will be part of the custom post. When you create a new post that belongs to a custom post type, you will see those standard and custom fields.
After publishing, the custom post will be accessible from the custom post type’s page in the WordPress admin.
