Problem:
Is there some way where I can create a content template block called About Us and embed that block in different pages?

Solution:
Yes, you can create a content template for About Us section, go to: Toolset >> Content Templates >> Create a CT for About us.

Then you can insert this Content template as a block anywhere in page/post using Fields and Views button >> Content template. See attached screenshot. https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/572136-Block.png?x62720
