Problem: Is it possible to bulk edit posts using CRED / Forms?
Solution: Create a View that lists the posts you want to edit. Then, instead of the Post, you insert a Form, that edits the Post, in the View's Loop section.
Once the View is inserted to a page, will show a list of forms, where you can edit each post in a single action.
Solution:
In this special case we found that user has custom taxonomy added with the slug 'author', please note that author is a reserve word and you should not use reserve words as slug of taxonomy.
If you have such case, please disable the taxonomy or rename/chance the slug other than reserve word author.
Problem:
In the output of a View conditional shortcodes are being used to optionally display certain content, but seen on the front-end a [/wpv-conditional] closing tag erroneously appears.
Solution:
Client is also using the wpv-item shortcode to show different content for different iterations of the Loop.
The wpv-item shortcode is evaluated before the wpv-conditional shortcode, and so cannot be wrapped by a condition.
The conditional shortcode must come wholly after the relevant wpv-item shortcode.
Problem:
How to list parent posts (and their children) but omit parents that don't have any children?
Solution:
You need an outer View which returns all of the parent posts, which does not output any fields from the parent itself, and only contains the embedded View to return all of the child posts from each parent.
Then in the output of this embedded View you can output both fields of the child posts (directly) and fields from the parent, by using the id attribute (which will be generated automatically if you use the Fields and Views button and the post selection tab). If you want the parent fields to appear only once (not for each child), include them before the opening wpv-loop tag.
In the no-items-found section of this embedded View you output nothing (rather than the normal message).
That way for parents where there are no child posts, nothing will be output.
In a post view, querying child posts, the client is going to order the result by parent post title.
Solution:
Unfortunately, there isn't such a built-in feature, you can only order the result by fields of the child posts, you can not order the result by fields of other post type.
Solution:
Using CRED there is no feature to generate the popup but yes if you manage how to configure popup then yes there is a way that you can prepopulate the email address using URL param from the URL.
