Problem: I would like to create a CRED form where the User can select from a list of all site Users and send a predefined CRED email notification to all those selected Users.

Solution:
- Create a CRED form that creates a new post or edits some existing post. Each time the form is submitted, a post will be created or edited. I would create a new CPT called "Email Blast" or something similar. Set up the CRED form to create a new Email Blast post whenever it is submitted. Attach your CRED notification to that form.
- Create a generic checkboxes field in your CRED form. Remove any other inputs like title, body, custom fields, or taxonomies.
- Instead of defining each possible checkbox option, create a Users View to generate the options for this generic field.
- Apply the raw shortcode output filter to this View using PHP (see below).
- Then use the CRED API to capture all the selected email addresses in PHP and modify the CRED Notification recipients list (see below).
