The issue here is that the user wanted to allow a particular role to be able to edit other user roles.
Solution:
Do you currently have our access plugin installed ? As you should be able to adjust the permissions of the buyer role to be able to edit the other roles, however this would mean they would be able to edit every other role as well.

To remove this message please go to Toolset->Settings -> Frontend Content -> Theme support for Content Templates and ensure that "Enable theme support debugging" is not checked.

What I would recommend doing is to create a checkbox with the links to images as their values and then set the name of the checkbox to the icon that you want the user to select.
Then on the frontend you can wrap the url in a img tag like this.
