Solution: As the user is currently configuring WordPress to use the Posts archive(Blog) as a home page(check http://prntscr.com/sl9hkt) he will need to select the "Home/Blog" option for the new archive template(check http://prntscr.com/sl9ie4) I was able to create a new archive, and I have deleted it to not break your homepage design.
