Solution: The "Site Reviews" plugin is using a hidden custom field "_glsr_average" to store the average ratting value, you can use it in Views UI, like this: Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings -> Front-end Content in section "Hidden custom fields", click button "Select custom fields", find and enable option "_glsr_average", then you will be able to filter/Search listing posts based on "_glsr_average" field.
