I am trying to: I am not trying to do anything new. I updated Word Press and now the Views aren't visible on my website anymore. Neither are maps. But maybe that's a different issue. The shortcode is still in the Admin so I don't understand why it's not visible.

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: Scroll down and I expect to see Projects, Animals and Courses listed as boxed content. They have all gone.

Instead, I got: Blank boxes where content used to be.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I noticed that you have quite a number of plugins installed.

Any of these plugins might be causing the issue since the update.

What I recommend that you do is temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Thank you so much for your response. And how do I ascertain which plug ins are toolset and which are not?

Once I disable, do I then preview the page to see if it the items appear again?

Thank you,
Laura

Hi Laura,

Our Toolset plugins have the name "Toolset" in the plugin name.

All you need to do is disable all the other plugins first and then check if the issue is there.

If it's not then you can start enabling your plugins one by one until the issue starts occurring again.

This way you will know which plugin caused the issue.

Thanks,
Shane
