[Resolved] Taxonomy checklist order

This is the community support forum for Types plugin, which is part of Toolset. Toolset is a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients and people who registered for Types community support can post in it.

I added taxoomies as checklists, but I need not to show them in alphabetical order but using a custom order.

How can I do this?

Hi Simone, we currently offer the ability to sort these options on the following attributes:
Name, ID, Post count, Slug, or Term group (see the attached image)

We don't have the ability to sort on a custom order, but you may be able to change the Name or Slug of your terms to help you sort them more effectively.

Ah, I see. The other sort options are ID, Post Count, and Term Group. Here are some tips about these options:
Post Count - I don't think you can use this option in any practical way.
ID - You could delete all your terms, then recreate the terms in the desired display order.
Term Group - You can group your terms into term groups, and sort based on those groups. More information about term groups here:
