Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am using cred form. How to have a checkbox before submit button so that unless the person accepts terms and conditions by checking ✔ the checkbox, his form is not submitted?
Is there any documentation that you are following?

The simplest is, you can add a Custom Field in Toolset > Post Field > Add (make it a single checkbox, and required).

Then autogenerate the form and that checkbox will be required.

The Submit button will just throw an error and ask the visitor to fill out the field before submitting it.
