I am trying to: Display a list or archive view of all Users

I visited this URL: many, but they don't quite match my issue. i have looked in Views and tried to add cells to layouts but can not see how to assign it to the content of "Users"

I expected to see:
"Users" listed under content to assign
Instead, I got: no listing

OK, so i made a view then was able to put the view on the page from the "Fields and Views" button. Obviously really but i couldn't see it at first 🙂
