I would like to highlight premium ads. I have created in the a contribution field "Premium". If you now click on the Premium checkbox field it should be highlighted on the search results with a yellow background
If you are having any issues and need further explanation on this one please do not hesitate to ask as i would be more than happy to continue assisting.
again to my question! I want to realize this.
I am currently creating a display market with free and premium ads.
The sort order should be the following on the start page
Premium advertisement by date
Standard advertisements by date
the premium ads should always be on top. I would like to take here but only one view because otherwise I get an interruption of the ongoing advertisements when I use two views
I see I thought you wanted to just have the Premium ones being highlight. Since you want to have the premiums at the top and the regular below then this will require the use of 2 views.
I'm not sure what you mean by "I get an interruption of the ongoing advertisements when I use two views". Could you explain this a bit further .
With the interruption I mean that if I use two views that I create an unwanted paragraph between premium and standard this should be continuous or do I understand now what wrong?
What you can try to do is to place the premium ads view inside standard ads view. You can add it to the Loop and Filter integration editor section. See Screenshot
I see the issue and its because each view is wrapped in a div which is causing the breakage. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this but I can have a look for you to see if a css solution could at least bring the views closer together.
Would you mind sending me a link to the page where you have this setup so that I can take a look?
Enclosed the link to my page which I have created with Toolset itself. However, the problem page is not published here because the website is currently in live mode
Maybe I'll get a feedback from you what you think about the extent and the side 🙂
I must apologize for the delay in response as our forums are closed on the weekends.
However it won't be possible to have them aligned as how you would like it because they are separated in 2 different divs because of the 2 different views.
Unless I just had an idea, If you sort your view by the field that you use to identify the premium escorts do the non-premium ones show up ?
Sorting the view will allow you to show the premium ones first and then the non-premium ones below.
This is not synonymous, I've already tried. On the one hand the problem is that I can not sort checkbox fields and on the other hand I have in the secondary sorting no fields to select but only if the contribution should be sorted by title by date, etc ..
