I would like to create a product catalog view where each product has a "preview button" underneath it, when clicked, it should open an image in a lightbox.

The image is not the featured image but it is the first image in the description but I don't mind adding it's url to a custom meta field for each product if I need to. Can you tell me if this is possible and how I would create that button in the catalog? I don't have the plugin yet but would purchase it if I can find out how to do this.

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Unfortunately this is not something that can be achieved out of the box and would require some 3rd party lightbox plugin to achieve.

Not sure about the button part but I know there are plugins that can convert all images into lightbox images when the image is clicked on, for eg https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-lightbox/
