[Resolved] Add a Filter and other buttons are not working when adding a new view

The Toolset Community Forum is closed, for technical support questions, please head on to our Toolset Professional Support (for paid clients), with any pre-sale or admin question please contact us here.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Create a view to show all posts of a special post type created by current user. But most of the buttons not working. for example I can not add a filter or also open css editor to add some css.

Solution:
It was a conflict with other plugins, check it by deactivating all third-party plugins and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes.

Also try upgrading server’s PHP version to v5.6 or later.

Hi Saman,

Thank you for contacting Toolset support. I have noticed you are using server cache (LiteSpeed) on site. Please clear out your website cache, plugins cache (if any ), server cache (LiteSpeed), browser cache too.

1. If still issue persists, can you please also try to check it by deactivating all third-party plugins and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

2. PHP version is 5.3.29 in your site, which is good, but it is advised to use more up-to-date version for better performance and stability. It would be great if you can please contact your website hosting company to upgrade this for you.

After that if the issue still persists, I would eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site.

Looking forward to help you.
Thank you

Hi Noman,
Thanks. my problem solved.
I think it had conflict with some other plugins. when I deactivated all of them there were no problem any more. And after activating some of them that I needed, I surprised because everything was good and the toolset view works perfectly. as you suggested I upgraded my php to version 7.0 .

Thank you
Saman Esmi
