Media appear outside the table in a table-based View that is used to list the Media post type

Symptoms

There is an issue where a View that lists the Media post type outputs the media outside the table.

This happens if the View uses a table-based output and the View uses a Content Template for its output (this is true if, for example, you use the Loop Wizard).

If you inserted the media into the View’s Content Template, you will see that the media have been added before the table when displaying the View on the front-end.
