Improvements
- Works alongside WPML: on a site that already runs WPML, the OTGS Installer plugin switches itself off and tells you to install and update Toolset from WPML → Activate & Update, so only one copy of the Installer runs.
- One subscription check per page load, with a pause after a failed answer, so a slow or unavailable server no longer slows the admin.
- Activate & Update keeps working when the products feed is unavailable.
- Predefined site keys work on multisite networks and through throttled registrations, and network-wide subscriptions are handled on the network only.
- Shows the WordPress version each plugin line is tested with.
Fixes
- Stored-settings format, channel switching and missing download rows no longer break the Activate & Update page.
- Download requests are nonce-checked.
