  • New: Private address autocomplete. Address suggestions are now served through your own website instead of your visitors’ browsers contacting third-party services directly. Better for visitor privacy and GDPR posture, with built-in caching and rate limiting.
  • New: Choose your geocoding provider: the default public service, your own self-hosted instance, or Azure Maps.
  • New: Clean uninstall. Removing the plugin clears its operational data, and a new opt-in setting removes everything including API keys.
  • Fixed: The distance filter now accepts decimal radius values like 2.5 km.
  • Fixed: With multiple distance filters on one page, searching in one no longer affects the others.
  • Fixed: The API key notice no longer appears when OpenStreetMap is selected.
  • Fixed: PHP notices when selecting a Dynamic Source for a map marker.
  • Compatibility: Ready for WPML 5.0 and verified with the WordPress 7.1 block editor.
  • Compatibility: Font Awesome 6 support for marker icons through the shared Toolset settings.
  • Compatibility: Runs clean on PHP 7.4 through 8.5. Minimum PHP version is now 7.4.

Download and Update

You can get this release directly to the WordPress admin or download and install manually. To receive automatic updates, you need to register the Toolset plugins on your site. Then, visit the Plugins or Updates admin pages. To download manually, visit your Toolset Account and go to Downloads. Follow the installation and upgrade instructions for complete details.

When you update the Toolset plugins, be sure to update together all the components that you are using. Don’t use a mixture of new and older versions.
