Tiny Home America is an online marketplace for selling, renting, financing, and designing Tiny Homes.

We implemented user management, listings management and billings management with Toolset on this website, while the Layout is done with Kadence Theme.

The WebSite offers guests to view listings and enter in contact with the owners after logging in. Owners can create accounts and list their properties online, as well as receive the guests, or prospects, messages (leads).

These leads are validated and billed with a particular fee calculation, which is then paid thru PayPal (Api Integration) and can be managed by the Site owner to the extent of invoicing Owners, Reminding owners of their bills and even close users accounts (suspend).

Owners can list their properties publicly or privately, and also add/remove as many listings they want. Fees are calculated by clicks and genuine leads generated.

All emails and login/user creation messages and Emails are as well heavily customized to adapt the flow and unify the experience of the site and WordPress.
