	Toolset Plugin Cannot Connect To Toolset Started by: melodyO in: Toolset Professional Support Quick solution available Problem: I keep receiving a notice that Toolset cannot connect to its server to check for updates and security releases. I've tried fixing it, but the message persists. Solution: Contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the following URLs: api.toolset.com cloudfront.net Toolset uses dynamic IPs, so a static IP cannot be whitelisted. After ensuring the URLs are whitelisted, follow these steps: - Log into toolset.com. - Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)". - Click the "Unregister" link (this won't affect any data). - Click "Register Toolset" again. - Generate a new site key, paste it into the "Site Key" field, and click "OK."		2	2	9 months, 3 weeks ago Christopher Amirian
